Welcome

My name is Erwin La Cruz.  I am a lecturer of English linguistics and English language at the University of Los Andes in Venezuela. My main interests are the teaching of English and Spanish as foreign languages in general, and the learning of the pronunciation of second languages in particular.

I presently teach a course in English phonetics to undergraduate students and an course in general linguistics to graduate students.
